The key objective of celebrating this day is to foster the prominence of handloom as a national pride, to encourage and inspire young adults towards promotion of Indian handloom culture and to support indigenous traditional knowledge and skills. It is an effort to harness the vitality, creativity and initiative of young Indians towards promotion of handloom culture.
As this day aims to inspire young minds about Indian handloom culture, Grade 3 has decided to celebrate this beautiful day on August 7, 2021 from 12 pm to 1:30 pm virtually on zoom so that these young minds continue to promote and preserve their culture.
With great pleasure, we invite all students to join us virtually and celebrate with us the beauty of handloom.
