Under the INSPIRE, ‘Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research’ (INSPIRE) scheme, innovative ideas for problem-solving are invited from the students of Grades 6th to 10th.
INSPIRE scheme is one of the flagship programmes of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India. The INSPIRE Awards – MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by DST with National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF), an autonomous body of DST, aims to motivate students studying in classes 6 to 10. The objective of the scheme is to target one million original ideas/innovations rooted in science and societal applications to foster a culture of creativity and innovative thinking among school children.
Students can submit their ideas from 5th June 2023 -10th June 2023. Before submitting your ideas, please make sure you go through the guidelines attached.
You can submit your ideas to your concerned grade science teachers, or drop your ideas into the idea box placed in the Grade 8th & 9th corridor, opposite the coordinator’s cabin.
