CONDOLENCE MEETING FOR MR. ROUF AHMAD KAWOOSA
Condolence Meeting Held at GD Goenka Public School, Srinagar
A solemn condolence meeting was held at GD Goenka Public School, Srinagar, to mourn the sad demise of Mr. Rouf Ahmad Kawoosa, beloved elder brother of our respected Chairman, Mr. Imtiyaz Kawoosa. The gathering was presided over by Mr. Zubair Ahmad Khan, Principal, and attended by all members of the school staff.
The gathering was marked by a profound sense of sorrow and solemnity, as the school community came together to pay its respects to the departed soul and to stand in solidarity with Mr. Imtiyaz Kawoosa and the bereaved family in this difficult hour.
The meeting commenced with Dua-e-Magfirat for the departed soul, led by Mr. Sayarat, seeking Allah Almighty’s mercy, forgiveness and blessings for the deceased.
In her condolence address, Ms. Asia Mushtaq, Lead Coordinator, conveyed the heartfelt sympathies of the school community to Mr. Imtiyaz Kawoosa and the bereaved family. She spoke of the profound void left by the passing of a loved one and prayed that Allah Almighty grant the family strength, patience and Sabr-e-Jameel to endure this irreparable loss.
Ms. Samrah Akram, Coordinator – Grade 9, paid tribute to the noble qualities of the departed soul and expressed her sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
In his address, Mr. Zubair Ahmad Khan, Principal, spoke with deep empathy about the enduring bond between brothers and the profound grief that accompanies the loss of a close family member. He reaffirmed that, in this hour of sorrow, the entire GD Goenka school community stands united with Mr. Imtiyaz Kawoosa and his family, sharing in their grief and offering prayers for strength and solace.
He prayed that Allah Almighty bless the departed soul with Magfirah, elevate his status and grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and bestow upon the bereaved family Sabr-e-Jameel, strength and peace.
The gathering concluded with two minutes of silence and collective prayer in solemn remembrance of the departed soul.
The GD Goenka family extends its deepest condolences to the Chairman, Mr. Imtiyaz Kawoosa and the bereaved family. May Allah Almighty envelop the departed soul in His infinite mercy, grant him eternal peace and a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and grant the family strength and solace in this time of profound loss.
